What would happen?

What would happen if I decided to live in two homes in retirement instead of one?

To chase good weather and split my time between Queensland and Victoria, a tropical climate and a cold climate?

Would it work? Would it be easy or difficult.

If, instead of having one standard size home in one state, I had two small apartments in two.

Would it be cost effective? Would it be too difficult?

How would it logistically work?

If I lived a minimalist lifestyle, would this nomadic lifestyle be easier?
