Attacking Paper Mail
Is it possible to have virtually no mail coming into my letterbox saving me from having Australia Post forwarding mail to me? Will I need a PO box? Will I expect tenants to forward mail to me?
I’d need to:
- put a ‘no junk mail’ sticker on the letterbox
- ask utility companies to send correspondence and bills by email
- attack registered junk mail with ‘return to sender’ stickers
- encourage family and friends to email or zoom not mail
- ‘return to sender’ on any mail from previous household owners
- remove myself from any mailing lists that send mail
- keep a record of mail coming to house and see if ‘return to sender’ stickers work, otherwise ring company
- refuse to hand out address to companies
- encourage people not to send Christmas cards by talking to them and not sending cards myself
What have I missed?
